What Locals Say

Rana Özhekim From Google 5

The best study café in Toulouse. You can sit there for hours and study and nobody would bother you. You would have no problem to charge your laptop or iPad or telephone there are electric pockets everywhere. The service is very nice. They bring you your food and coffee after you order. there’s the second floor the music is very nice it’s very light and cozy. It does not bother you. it can get a little bit crowded, but the crowd doesn’t bother you because everyone is either studying or working so that the whole place feels very cosy to study/work. It became my study café whenever I go to centre. I would at least spend six hours there to complete my studies for today.

Came across Ras la Tasse while wandering the streets of Toulouse on a VERY cold day. We had a BIG cup of hot chocolate and a yummy cinnamon roll that had hints of gingerbread? We would come back here anyday! So glad we stumbled upon it and could enjoy the warm and cozy loft with our hot chocolate

Fantastic place. Ideal for spending any amount of time working on the laptop. Atmosphere is really nice, and is setup with nice setting area on the 2nd floor where there are many small tables which is ideal for doing some work. Spent just €4.5 for a regular cappuccino and a plain croissant. Worked without interruption for ~4 hours. Highly recommended

Way too crowded but delicious. This is our go to coffee shop but we often end up going to alternate locations because there is not one available seat. Many in there are not buying things and we want to spend but also want to sit. Not sure how this business model works out for them but the atmosphere is special. Board games are available too. Very clean.

What an incredible find right The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with almost everyone on their laptops: a perfect balance of focus and comfort. I love the thoughtful setup: plenty of seating and a peaceful vibe that makes you instantly feel productive. The service is warm, and efficient, which makes spending hours here an absolute pleasure. The coffee was good, there are refreshing variety of smoothies and milkshakes too. Highly recommended for digital nomads, students, or anyone who just loves a café with soul and character. I’m in love with this spot.
